SET No. 1 TUNNELING UNDER CAMP PLENTY ROAD AT SOLEDAD CANYON ROAD INTERSECTION (TOP) AND SANTA CLARA ST CONSTRUCTION (BOTTOM).
Tunneled under Soledad Road at Camp Plenty Road and in Santa Clara Street.

SET No. 2 PIPELINE TUNNELING CONSTRUCTION UNDER THE SANTA CLARA RIVER.
Tunneled 1,500 linear feet at a depth of 32 feet across the river.

SET No. 3 PIPELINE CONSTRUCTION ACROSS THE SANTA CLARA RIVER.Pipeline Construction Sequence
1. Drive steel corrugated sheet pile "scour" wall ribs.
2. Excavation to elevation.
3. Place foundation blocks.
4. Lay pipe sections.
5. Weld pipe joints.
6. Air pressure/soap test welds.
7. Mortar pipe joints inside.
8. Construct rebar cages.
9. Encase pipe in concrete.
10. Place engineered fill on upstream side of encasement.
11. Backfill and compact native fill to grade.
12. Construct pipeline appurtenances, air valves, cathodic protection test stations etc.
12. Pressure test for leakage.
13. Clean and disinfect pipeline interior prior to usage.
14. Connect pipeline to pump station and reservoir.
