Lysander Avenue - Dewatering Well Construction

Dewatering and Construction Work Sequence:

  1. Set up traffic control.
  2. Notify Homeowners - public outreach.
  3. Contact USA DigAlert, identify buried utilities.
  4. Locate sewer laterals and identify utilities.
  5. Drill dewatering wells.
  6. Setup dewatering field, silt tank and sewer by-pass.
  7. Allow for de-watering of site.
  8. Saw-cut asphalt street surface.
  9. Excavate sewer trench and install new sewer main.
  10. Backfill and return street surface to former condition.

DIG AND REPLACE EXISTING 8 INCH VCP SEWER WITH NEW 10 INCH PVC SEWER

(TOP) LYSANDER AVENUE SEWER REPLACEMENT EXCAVATE, TRENCH, PIPE REPLACEMENT AND BACKFILL (BOTTOM).

Excavated and open trenched 859 linear feet of 8 inch VCP with new 10 inch SDR 35 PVC Sewer Pipe.
