WCE PROVIDED PROJECT PROJECT PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS CONSTRUCTABILITY, CLAIMS REDUCTION AND BID-ABILITY REVIEW SERVICES. THE REVIEW IDENTIFIED MULTIPLE MAJOR DESIGN ERRORS AND COST SAVINGS RECOMMENDATIONS, PROMPTING A NECESSARY REDESIGN (April 16, 2007).
Project elements included 6,918 linear feet of 24 inch C905 DR25 transmission pipeline and 445 linear feet (600+ feet in horizontal curve) of 24 inch butt fused DR11 HDPE by directional drilling under the Conejo Creek.
